Wilderness Pines Campground Supervisor/Manager

Status: Seasonal 20 weeks
Role: Responsible for the general day-to-day operations and supervising of staff at the Wilderness Pines Campground

Duties and Responsibilities:
40 hours a week for 20 weeks.
Supervise all of the day-to-day activities at Wilderness Pines Campground.
Ability to work and communicate with the general public.
Maintenance at the Campground including but not limited to the clubhouse, bathroom, laundry room, lawn, pool, and cabin maintenance and upkeep.
Responsible for renting, cleaning, and maintenance of RV, tent sites and rental cabins.
Ability to communicate and work with the Tribal Council, Economic Development Director, and Tribal Community.
Acquisition and retention of all permitting, licensing and certifications to operate.

Water testing (Monthly)
Pool Operating Certification (Daily)
Kitchen/ Food Service (Seasonally)
Campground Operations (Seasonally)
Any and All permits required but not specifically listed

Possess a valid Maine State Driver's License and have reliable transportation.
Complete State and Federal Criminal background check, a Department of Motor Vehicle background check.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a certified pool maintenance course.
General knowledge of carpentry, electrical work and plumbing.
