Tax Acquired Property for Sale

The City of Presque Isle is accepting sealed bids on the following tax acquired properties:

- 20 Dragon Drive, Map/Lot 047-068-020; 0.18 acre lot
- 12 Lenfest Street, Map/Lot 035-119-012; 0.22 acre lot;
- 10 Dyer Street, Map/Lot 035-073-010; 0.15 acre lot;
- 5 Cronin Road, Map/Lot 004-322-005; 1 acre and house; must be brought up to The City of Presque Isle Code Requirements within 90 days of purchase.

A minimum bid of $250 is required on each property. Properties will be sold individually. A bid package and bid form is available from the City's Finance Director at 12 Second Street and on the City's website at: presqueislemaine.gov/bids-awards.

All bids should be in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tax Acquired Property Bid" and must be received by the City Clerk, 12 Second Street Presque Isle, Maine 04769 by 12 noon local time on March 21, 2018.

All bids must include a deposit of 10% of the bid price payable in cash, money order, bank check or a personal check drawn on a local bank payable to the City of Presque Isle. Failure to submit a deposit shall cause the bid to be automatically rejected. The City will require payment in full less deposit from the successful bidder on each property within 30 days of the date the bid is accepted.
