The Housing Authority of Fort Fairfield is seeking a person for the position of Accounts Clerk/Human Resources/Resident Services Coordinator. An applicant for the position must:
Must have accounting/bookkeeping experience/training.
Must have good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office Software as the position involves use of Internet and Housing Software.
Must have ability to interview clients and gather data from other agencies.
Must be able to operate office equipment and type 40-50 wpm.
Must be able to comprehend written and oral instructions.
Must be able to multi-task.
A positive attitude and ability to work independently and with others.
Have a valid Maine State Drivers License.
Must attend workshops and training as required of the position.
